The Siemens SQN71.424B20 is a clockwise-rotation variant of the SQN7 series burner damper actuator, delivering 2.5 Nm torque with 12-second running time for 90° rotation. It uses a synchronous motor at ~6 VA with up to 160° angular range and 1.2 Nm holding torque. Unlike the SQN72 (counterclockwise), the SQN71 rotates clockwise, making it suitable for specific burner configurations. Applications include industrial combustion air damper control, fuel valve modulation, and process heating systems where clockwise actuation is required.

**Q: What is the difference between SQN71 and SQN72?**
A: SQN71 rotates clockwise; SQN72 rotates counterclockwise. The torque and timing specifications are otherwise identical for the same variant suffix (.4 = 12s, 2.5 Nm).
